THE GOLDEN KEYS, ARIZONA COPPER-GOLD PROJECT

The Golden Keys project is an advanced copper-gold exploration project in Central Arizona, USA, wholly owned by Golden Keys Exploration LLC.  Conquest Mining LLC is the managing member.

Our geophysical and surface geochemical programs have identified a buried intrusive which is 1 mile in diameter and capable of hosting a world class copper porphyry deposit.  The next step is to drill and test the targets with a 10,000 foot core drilling program estimated to cost $2 million.

There are also several interesting gold targets and former producing gold mines (the Golden Keys Mine) that could also be leased or acquired.

Our objective is to advance the project with an earn-in joint venture partner or to find a qualified buyer.

The Property:

The Golden Keys Project consists of 289 unpatented mining claims on BLM land covering 5,849 acres in Mohave County, Arizona.  It is located 110 miles northwest of Phoenix off US Highway 93 (50 miles northwest of Wickenburg and 80 miles southeast of Kingman).  The project area can be accessed from the highway by dirt roads which have been dressed by the local rancher.

The project is located 5 miles southwest of Freeport McMoRan’s Bagdad Copper mine.  Within the Golden Keys claim block are several historical gold mines, the largest being the Golden Key mine which has three levels that are accessible by two adits and a shaft.

Golden Keys is 100% owned by Golden Keys Exploration LLC.  There are no royalties or other encumberments.

The Target:

The main target at Golden Keys is a 1-mile  diameter buried intrusive capable of hosting a world-class copper porphyry deposit.

  • Deep Mag High Interpreted as Buried Intrusive
  • Chargeability Anomalies on Flanks of Intrusive
  • Copper and Gold Soil Anomaly over the Intrusive
  • Proximal Gold, Silver, Lead, and Copper Veins
  • Target Geometry Consistent with Copper Porphyry Model

Technical Reports and Data:

  • Three independent geological technical reports written by Mark Osterberg, Phd. and Thomas Bidgood, Phd. from Mine Mappers LLC.  (January 2018, September 2018, and January 2020)
  • Exploration review, geological map, and mapping report by CSA Global, a well-known international geological consulting firm (May 2019).
  • Microscopic gold characterization report by Rodney Johnson, Phd. (January 2020)
  • Ground Magnetic Survey Interpretation Report by SJ Geophysics of Vancouver, BC (November 2018)
  • Results from 3D Induced Polarization Survey (3DIP) that includes a technical report and 3D model from SJ Geophysics (May 2019)
  • Assay certificates from ALS Minerals and SGS for soils, rocks chip sampling, and drill programs.
  • Online Data Room Available to Review with Signed Confidentiality Agreement
